About Alexandra Souder

Biography

Alex Souder, PT, DPT, SCS is board certified in sports physical therapy and specializes in injury prevention and the treatment of injuries in athletes of all ages and competition levels. She also has training and experience in treating pelvic health conditions in women, including bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy, postpartum musculoskeletal issues, prolapse, and other gynecological issues.

She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Colorado and completed a sports clinical specialty residency with St. Luke's Sports Medicine, and continues to be active in that department. In her free time she enjoys skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
