Description

The "Harmony in Blue" summit invites participants to engage in a transformative exploration of mental health through fostering a deeper understanding of how lifestyle choices can promote harmony and well-being.

St. Luke’s and the College of Southern Idaho invite you to attend a free one-day conference that brings together experts and thought leaders to explore the intersection of mental health and the lifestyle practices found in the world’s longevity hotspots.

Success Is Not a Destination, It's a Mindset

Marcus Smith II, Keynote Speaker

This keynote challenges the conventional notion of success. It explores the idea that success isn't defined by external achievements, but rather by one's mindset, attitude, and approach toward life and challenges.

Marcus Smith II is from Columbus, GA. He has a unique background as a former NFL athlete, television correspondent, life coach, mental health advocate, husband, father, and author. His battle with anxiety and depression led to his purpose of mental health advocacy, especially in the sports arena.
