Physical and orthopedic therapy help you recover from an injury or surgery, and can improve functional movement when you have chronic conditions such as arthritis. We offer functional capacity assessments and ergonomic reviews to ensure safety and comfort in the workplace, plus vestibular and balance therapy. We can also help if you're dealing with the side effects of cancer treatment.

At St. Luke's Rehabilitation our goal is to get you moving, pain-free, so you can perform your best at home, at work, or when playing sports.

    Biography

    Andrew Glidewell, DPT is a physical therapist experienced in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. He has served as a certified clinical instructor in physical therapy for Sacramento State University and Western University of Health Sciences.

    Andrew enjoys treating a wide spectrum of orthopedic injuries. His areas of interest include non-operative treatment of orthopedic disorders, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and balance and fall prevention. He helps his patients with education, self-treatment strategies, and appropriate home exercise instruction combined with manual therapy interventions.

    Andrew earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Riverside, and his master's degree in physical therapy from Western University of Health Sciences. He earned his doctorate in physical therapy from EIM University of Health Sciences. In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling, tennis, and doing anything outdoors with his family.

  • Physical Therapy

    Biography

    Sam Hackett, PT, DPT is the manager of St. Luke's Rehabilitation: Eagle. He treats patients in all areas of general orthopedic care, with specific areas of interest including post-operative care of the shoulder, total joint replacements aftercare, and spine wellness.

    Sam earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science from the College of Idaho and his doctorate of physical therapy from Idaho State University. Outside the clinic, he likes spending with his wife and daughters hiking or playing sports. He also loves to be out on the golf course whenever possible.

  • Physical Therapy

    Biography

    Jana Repulski, DPT, OCS is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, practicing adult orthopedic physical therapy—including back and neck pain as well as knee, hip and shoulder injuries—and post-operative management. She has special interest in treating adult and pediatric rheumatology patients. 

    Jana completed her physical therapy degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her doctorate through Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions.

    Biography

    Brendan Rourick, PT, DPT, GCS is a board certified physical therapist providing outpatient therapy with a focus on orthopedics, neurologics, and geriatrics. He works with a variety of movement disorders and has a special interest in helping the aging population stay active. He has experience in occupational rehabilitation, pain management, Parkinson's disease, vestibular disorders, and wheelchair seating and positioning. 

    Brendan is board certified as a geriatric specialist and is an American Physical Therapy Association advanced clinical instructor; he enjoys mentoring physical therapy student interns. He earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Iowa. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, and biking.

    Laura Townsend, PT specializes in orthopedics, lymphedema, and ergonomics. She is certified in CLT-LANA and CEAS.

    Laura earned her master's degree in physical therapy from Idaho State University. In her free time, she likes to lift weights and cycle.

    Biography

    Marc Whitman, PT, CHT, COMT earned his master's degree in physical therapy from Northern Arizona University and did his post-graduate hand therapy fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand Center. He also earned a certification in hand therapy to specialize in assessment and treatment of the upper quarter. Marc also has a certification in orthopedic manual therapy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine-US.
