At St. Luke's, effective communication between patients, their companions, and health care providers is vital to achieving access to quality care and ensuring good health outcomes.

Communication Needs

Qualified interpreters for American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken languages are available 24/7 to all individuals. Services will be provided at no cost to the individual through video, phone, or in-person interpretation.

How do I get an interpreter?

When you call to schedule an appointment, please mention that you or your companion will need an interpreter.

If you're admitted to one of our hospitals, please let your bedside nurse know interpretation services are needed.
