Austin Adams, DPT specializes in vestibular rehabilitation. He has special interests in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, unilateral vestibular pathology, and persistent postural- perceptual dizziness. Austin earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Idaho State University.
Clint Allred, MD, FACC is a general cardiologist with additional board certification in clinical lipidology. In addition to providing general cardiovascular care, Dr. Allred offers preventive care for atherosclerotic cardiovascular processes with particular interest in management of inherited dyslipidemias. Through shared decision making with his patients, he emphasizes the combination of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic strategies to mitigate risk and achieve both primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular, peripheral vascular and cerebrovascular atherosclerotic events. He also works with patients challenged by intolerance to traditional lipid lowering therapies.
After completing his fellowship training, Dr. Allred joined the faculty at the University of Utah where he served as director of the Cardiovascular Medicine Lipid Clinic until he joined St. Luke’s Idaho Cardiology Associates.
Katie Andrews, PA-C has worked with adults in a variety of clinical settings, including primary care, hospice and palliative care, and geriatric focused post-acute care. She also teaches PA studies at Idaho State University and wilderness medicine with NOLS Wilderness Medicine.
Katie earned her bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and her physician assistant degree from Idaho State University.
Hailey Baisch, MD has clinical interests in lactation, newborn health, and preventive medicine. She enjoys caring for her patients and their families in a personalized way as they grow.
Originally from Idaho, Dr. Baisch earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in physiology from Seattle Pacific University. Prior to medical school, she spent a year in South Africa working with an organization that creates family housing and stability for children devastated by the HIV/AIDS crisis.
Dr. Baisch enjoys spending time with her family boating, skiing, and traveling. In her spare time she loves reading a great book, trying out new recipes, and planning her family’s next adventure.
Russell Clark, AuD spent 13 years in private practice before joining St. Luke's and has special interests in adult diagnostics and amplification.
Russell earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and a master's in audiology, both from Idaho State University. He earned his doctorate from the University of Florida.
Alison (Ali) DeKerchove, PA-C specializes in primary care for patients of all ages. Ali enjoys the diversity of family medicine and particularly values the patient-provider relationship and caring for a person as a whole. She has special interests in women’s health, preventive care, and minor acute/emergency care.
Ali was born and raised in Idaho and earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of Idaho. She is a graduate of Midwestern University’s Physician Assistant Program and previously worked in urgent care before moving to primary care. In her free time, Ali enjoys mountain biking, watching sports, reading, and spending time with her family.
Thomas Erskine, MD has cared for adults at all levels of care, including the outpatient clinic, the hospital and ICU, and at skilled nursing facilities. His current practice is open to all adults.
Dr. Erskine is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to his medical education, he earned a bachelor's degree in physiology at the University of California, Davis. He and his family are transplants from California to Eagle, Idaho. In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing, motorcycle touring, and mountain biking.
Dustin Fieldsted, PT, DPT specializes in outpatient orthopedics, sports, cancer, and occupational rehabilitation. He has practiced in a variety of settings including private practice and the military. Dustin also has certifications as an ergonomics assessment specialist, a golf swing educator through the Titleist Performance Institute, and is credentialed as an advanced clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.
Dustin received his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Youngstown State University and his doctorate from the College of St. Scholastica. During his free time he enjoys golf, working out, staying active, and spending time with his family.
Mindy B. Gaddis, MD, FAAP focuses on childhood obesity prevention and treatment at St. Luke's Children's Integrative Medicine Clinic. Her interest in childhood obesity and health led her to found the former YEAH! program. She covers on-call and weekend shifts at St. Luke's Children's Treasure Valley Pediatrics, but is not accepting new patients at this location.
Prior to her medical education, Dr. Gaddis earned bachelor's degrees in chemistry and psychology at the University of Utah. She is married with two daughters and two dogs. Her interests outside of medicine include adventure travel, food, and outdoor activities like hiking and skiing.
Bryanne Gribble, PT, DPT, SCS treats patients with a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic conditions, workmen's compensation injuries, and neurologic conditions including concussions. She is passionate about working with athletes and getting patients back to their optimal function.
Bryanne is board certified in sports physical therapy and completed a sports physical therapy residency with St. Luke's. She earned her doctorate of physical therapy at the University of Washington, and in her free time enjoys participating in a variety of sports, including volleyball, basketball, and softball.
Brian Huck, MSW, LCSW specializes in working with children, teens and families to teach healthy ways to manage anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) and suicidal thoughts. He also has extensive experience working with a variety of other neurodevelopmental, social, emotional and behavioral concerns including depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and bipolar disorder.
Brian has extensive training in utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy such as exposure response prevention (ERP) therapy and the Coping Power Program (CPP). He has trained colleagues across Idaho in CPP, served as a contributing author for a peer-reviewed journal and developed patient education materials on suicide prevention. He also serves as a participating provider in an exploratory intensive outpatient OCD program. Brian uses a collaborative, individualized and strengths-based approach to engage children and caregivers in treatment that is specific, effective and time-limited. Brian enjoys meeting individuals where they are and assisting them in uncovering their potential.
Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in social work from Boise State University, graduating with honors. He is married with two children and enjoys spending time outdoors kayaking, snowboarding and adventuring.
Tracy Johnston, MSN, APRN, NP-C is a certified nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her master's degree in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Idaho State University, and has experience in telemetry, medical imaging, emergency medicine, coronary care, and infusion services.
Sharon Krasovich MS, FNP-BC is certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her master's degree in nursing leadership from Regis University as well as a post-master’s certificate as a nurse practitioner. She has experience in emergency medicine, critical care, urgent care, and cardiology.
Sharon is active in the community and enjoys spending time hiking, trail running, biking, fly fishing, and camping with her husband and children.
Elisabeth (Liz) Kuper, MD enjoys providing care for the entire family, from children to older adults. She is particularly interested in women's health, pediatric and adolescent care, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Prior to returning to the Treasure Valley, Dr. Kuper practiced medicine in Colorado.
A. Lauren Lema, NP-C is a board certified family nurse practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and has a special interest in pediatrics. She particularly loves working with new parents to help them navigate the stress and excitement of parenthood. She is passionate about creating a personal connection with her patients and their parents, and watching them change and grow throughout their lives.
Lauren earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Boise State University and her master's in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from Walden University.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys walking, biking, camping, and spending time with her children, family, and friends.
Nicholas Lewis, MD practices outpatient primary care medicine from the point of view that preventive medicine is the driving force of health for all ages. He advocates for screening exams, vaccination, daily exercise, healthy dietary habits, and enriching social engagements to maintain good health and to minimize disease burden.
Dr. Lewis is actively engaged in the medical community participating with the Ada County Medical Society where he serves as the chair of the Winter Clinic’s education program, and he is a frequent participant with the Idaho Medical Association House of Delegates.
Dr. Lewis is a graduate of Twin Falls High School, and earned bachelor's degrees in political science, economics, and biology from the College of Idaho. He spends his free time with his wife and children, and they all enjoy many outdoor activities, including skiing, mountain biking, road cycling, hiking/backpacking, golf, and travel.
Sophia Nyswyn, PA-C treats both men and women and has a special interest in female urology. She specializes in conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTI), incontinence, and pelvic pain.
Sophia earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University and is a member of the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants. She was raised in India, and moved to Boise in 2002. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
Linda Owen, PT is certified in vestibular rehabilitation. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics, specializing in manual therapy. She earned her advanced certification in orthopedic manipulative therapy (COMT) and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy (FCAMT). Linda earned her physical therapy degree from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Jana Repulski, DPT, OCS is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist, practicing adult orthopedic physical therapy—including back and neck pain as well as knee, hip and shoulder injuries—and post-operative management. She has special interest in treating adult and pediatric rheumatology patients.
Jana completed her physical therapy degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and her doctorate through Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions.
Brendan Rourick, PT, DPT, GCS is a board certified physical therapist providing outpatient therapy with a focus on orthopedics, neurologics, and geriatrics. He works with a variety of movement disorders and has a special interest in helping the aging population stay active. He has experience in occupational rehabilitation, pain management, Parkinson's disease, vestibular disorders, and wheelchair seating and positioning.
Brendan is board certified as a geriatric specialist and is an American Physical Therapy Association advanced clinical instructor; he enjoys mentoring physical therapy student interns. He earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Iowa. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, and biking.
Lydia Rubalcava, PT, DPT is certified in vestibular rehabilitation and treats patients dealing with imbalance, dizziness, and vertigo.
Lydia earned both her bachelor's degree in exercise science and her doctorate in physical therapy from Eastern Washington University.
Jon Schott, MD specializes in family medicine, chronic disease management, and geriatrics. He is particularly interested in “patient-centered medical home” transformation. Dr. Schott enjoys playing a role in the administration of health care, and currently serves as the medical director of St. Luke's Health Partners.
Dr. Schott founded Eastern Oregon Medical Associates with three partners before affiliating with St. Luke’s.
Erik Sibbernsen, MD has professional interests in chronic disease management, holistic primary care, and hospitalist medicine.
Prior to his medical education, Dr. Sibbernsen earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Utah State University. He worked as an aerospace medicine physician in the U.S. Air Force prior to completing his internal medicine residency.
In his free time, Dr. Sibbernsen enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking, snowboarding, playing guitar, and golf.
Rebecca Taylor, AuD specializes in hearing evaluations, hearing device fitting, and vestibular diagnostic evaluations for adults. She earned her master’s degree in audiology from Syracuse University and her doctorate degree in audiology from Salus University.
Tyler (TJ) Tolman, DO enjoys all aspects of family medicine including behavioral health, sports medicine, pediatrics, women’s and men’s health with an emphasis on prevention and healthy lifestyles. He also treats chronic medical conditions, including diabetes and hypertension.
In his free time, Dr. Tolman enjoys spending time with his family and doing outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, skiing, and mountain biking.
Laura Townsend, PT specializes in orthopedics, lymphedema, and ergonomics. She is certified in CLT-LANA and CEAS.
Laura earned her master's degree in physical therapy from Idaho State University. In her free time, she likes to lift weights and cycle.
April Ward, AuD, is the director of Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center at St. Luke’s. In addition to her administrative work, Dr. Ward thoroughly enjoys working with patients to help identify why they are struggling with their hearing and identifying appropriate and effective treatment solutions.
Dr. Ward earned her bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology from Idaho State University, graduating summa cum laude. She also earned her master’s degree from ISU. She earned her clinical doctorate degree in audiology from A.T. Still University. Dr. Ward is currently affiliate faculty at Idaho State University, where she enjoys supporting future audiologists and teaching occasional classes.
In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends and playing in a band where she sings and plays guitar, bass, and ukulele.
Melissa Wells, LCPC is a mental health therapist working with children, adolescents and their families. She is experienced in working with a range of concerns including anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. Melissa is certified in Trauma Focused CBT and has specialized training in early childhood mental health. Melissa uses a person-centered and strength based approach. With this, she uses a variety of interventions, including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, solution focused, and mindfulness based therapy techniques.
Melissa earned her bachelor's degree in psychology at Boise State University and her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Walden University. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, camping, and visiting local spots of interest in the community, like the zoo and Discovery Center.
Marc Whitman, PT, CHT, COMT earned his master's degree in physical therapy from Northern Arizona University and did his post-graduate hand therapy fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand Center. He also earned a certification in hand therapy to specialize in assessment and treatment of the upper quarter. Marc also has a certification in orthopedic manual therapy from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine-US.
Jacob Winslow, DPT enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic injuries ranging from post op, athletic, spine, running related injuries, worker's comp, and chronic pain. He focuses on each patient's specific needs and works with them to reach their goals.
Jacob earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from George Fox University. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, lifting and spending time with his family.
