Registration Instructions
This picnic is to celebrate:
- Allogeneic BMT survivors more than two years from their transplant, and
- Autologous BMT survivors more than sixty days from their transplant.
Family members are welcome.
To protect the health and safety of all participants, we respectfully request that individuals who are closer to their transplant or are otherwise significantly immunocompromised refrain from attending.
In the period leading up to and immediately after transplant, patients are particularly vulnerable to infections due to their weakened immune systems. Even minor exposures in group settings can pose meaningful risks and potentially impact transplant readiness or outcomes.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage prioritizing personal health during this critical time.
