Description

We invite you to Living with Intention: Mental Health Summit, a Blue Zones inspired journey, thoughtfully curated experience designed to inspire awareness, connection and purposeful living. This summit brings together voices, perspectives and practical tools to support individuals with clarity, resilience and intention.

The day will begin with an energizing keynote session at 9:00 a.m., setting the tone for reflection, growth and meaningful conversation. Following the keynote, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a dynamic and interactive learning experience featuring three expert speakers offering sessions at 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 12:00 p.m.. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to rotate, ensuring that every attendee can experience each presentation without missing any of the valuable insights shared.

Each speaker will explore unique yet complementary aspects of mental health, offering practical strategies, lived experiences and tools to help you live with greater intention—whether that means strengthening emotional well-being, building healthier habits or fostering deeper connections with yourself and others.

Join us for a morning of learning, reflection and empowerment as we come together to prioritize mental health, reduce stigma and cultivate a more intentional way of living.
