St. Luke’s McCall’s ability to deliver exceptional care now and in the future hinges on recruiting and retaining skilled healthcare workers. Access to affordable and stable housing is critical to attracting this talent—especially in a competitive, post-pandemic health care job market. St. Luke’s McCall Foundation and the McCall Memorial Hospital District are committed to finding innovative solutions to support our health care workforce. This project is a vital step toward ensuring our caregivers can continue delivering high-quality care to our community.

Planned facility updates will replace aging infrastructure, including a diesel-fired heating system and much of the original construction which dates to 1956.
