Accessibility

St. Luke's is committed to ensuring equitable access to care.

Service Animals

St. Luke’s welcomes your service animal. We understand the important work that service animals perform for our patients and visitors.

Service animals are allowed to accompany people with disabilities in all areas where members of the public are allowed to go, including exam rooms, cafeterias and imaging rooms.

Communication Support

At St. Luke's Health System, effective communication between patients, their companions, and health care providers is vital to achieving access to quality care and ensuring good health outcomes.

Qualified interpreters for American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken languages are available 24/7 to all individuals. Services will be provided at no cost to the individual through video, phone, or in-person interpretation.

How do I get an interpreter?

When you call to schedule an appointment or procedure, please mention that you or your companion will need an interpreter. If you present to one of our hospitals or clinics for an unscheduled visit, please let staff know interpretation services are needed.

If you have questions about these services, please contact your provider’s office or speak with hospital staff.

Non-Discrimination

St. Luke’s Health System complies with applicable federal and state civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, ability to pay for care, or any other status or condition protected by law. St. Luke’s Health System does not exclude people or treat them differently because of any status or condition protected by law.
