Accessibility

St. Luke's is committed to ensuring equitable access to care.

Service Animals

St. Luke’s welcomes your service animal. We understand the important work that service animals perform for our patients and visitors.

Service animals are allowed to accompany people with disabilities in all areas where members of the public are allowed to go, including exam rooms, cafeterias and imaging rooms.

Communication Support

St. Luke’s is committed to providing effective communication and the best possible experience for our patients and visitors, including individuals who have hearing needs, visual needs or speak limited English.

This video offers more information about the aids and services St. Luke's provides to ensure effective communication, including 24/7 access to Qualified Medical Interpreters in both spoken languages and American Sign Language (ASL). St. Luke’s provides in-person interpretation, video remote interpretation and over-the-phone interpretation, and these services are always offered free of charge.

Please let your St. Luke’s care team know if you have any special communication needs.

Non-Discrimination

St. Luke’s Health System complies with applicable federal and state civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, ability to pay for care, or any other status or condition protected by law. St. Luke’s Health System does not exclude people or treat them differently because of any status or condition protected by law.
