Description
SHINE Survivorship Series
During this two-hour workshop, experience and play with the energy in your own body while optimizing your health and well-being.
Studies have shown that energy healing and Reiki can help to improve side effects of cancer and cancer treatment, such as fatigue, insomnia, pain, and anxiety. You will learn about Reiki and practice different modalities you can incorporate into your daily lives, including meditation, breathwork, gentle mindful movement, stretching and even some self-massage.
With two dates to choose from, come prepared to be delighted and refreshed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and pen.
