The cancer experience can leave lasting emotional and psychological impacts.

This class provides a compassionate space to explore how cancer-related experiences can lead to trauma and how these may affect your well-being.

Together, we will identify common trauma responses and symptoms, learn practical coping skills, and discuss healing pathways to support you as you navigate your cancer journey.

Join us to better understand and address the emotional challenges of living through cancer.

Pre-registration required. This class is available in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. If you register for the virtual option, the link to join the class will be emailed 1–2 days before the class.
