Description

Living through cancer treatment can cause all kinds of changes in life. For some, writing about their cancer experience can positively contribute to health and healing.

Join in this class, facilitated by St. Luke’s Cancer Institute Chaplain Liz Ryder, to learn several writing techniques aimed at promoting healing and well-being.

You do not need to “be a writer” to come! Simply bring a notepad and pen, or a digital writing tool like a laptop, and be prepared to engage in several writing exercises throughout the class.

Sharing will be invited but not required.

Pre-registration required. This class is available in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. If you register for the virtual option, the link to join the class will be emailed 1–2 days before the class.
