This class explores the clinically proven benefits of reflexology, designed for individuals impacted by cancer—both survivors and caregivers.
Participants will learn reflexology techniques to support their own self-care and for caregivers to provide relaxation and comfort to loved ones.
Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure to reflex points on the hands or feet, helping to relax the nervous system and promote optimal body function.
Wear comfortable clothing for this interactive and supportive experience.
Pre-registration required. This class is available in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams. If you register for the virtual option, the link to join the class will be emailed 1–2 days before the class.
SHINE (Supportive Healing Inspiring Nurturing Empowering) is a free series of classes providing support and education for cancer survivors. This includes those undergoing active treatment, those who have completed or decided against treatment, and those supporting loved ones with a cancer diagnosis.
Registration is required for each class, but there is no cost to attend.
