We specialize in expert care for adults and children, with a wide range of services covering ear, nose, and throat health. Our team can assist with ear disease, infections, and tubes; hearing loss and tinnitus; and balance disorders and dizziness. We also offer complete audiological services for all ages, including neurological testing and hearing exams; and state-of-the-art wireless, noise-reducing hearing aids.
Nose and throat services include surgery for tonsils and adenoids, thyroid and parathyroid, head and neck cancer, and salivary gland disorders. We also help treat hoarseness, chronic cough, snoring, and sleep apnea.

Keeley Coffee, AuD has interests in adult and pediatric diagnostics as well as adult amplification, cochlear implant rehabilitation, and vestibular assessment. She has research experience in vestibular assessment and management of mild traumatic brain injuries. She enjoys building relationships with patients and families and guiding them through the aural rehabilitation process.
Keeley earned her bachelor’s degree in speech-language hearing disorders from the University of Northern Colorado. She earned her doctorate of audiology from the University of Northern Colorado.
During her free time, Keeley enjoys being outside, hiking, skiing, or training for her next triathlon.
April Fagerson, AuD is the program manager for audiology at St. Luke's. In addition to her administrative work, she enjoys helping patients who have concerns with tinnitus, dizziness, vertigo, and poor balance.
Dr. Fagerson earned her bachelor's degree in speech pathology and audiology from Washington State University, where she also earned her master's degree in audiology. She earned her doctorate degree in audiology from Salus University.
In her free time, Dr. Fagerson loves to travel and spend time with her husband and two sons.
Ben Feldman, MD is an ear, nose, and throat specialist practicing general otolaryngology for children and adults. He treats common head and neck disorders and prides himself in providing thorough patient care. Dr. Feldman's goal is to increase the well-being of his patients by carefully managing their problems. He prides himself in being a good listener and in providing patients with the information they require to make informed decisions about their medical and surgical care. Prior to coming to St. Luke's, he practiced in Wisconsin and Arizona.
Howard Kotler, MD, FACS treats his patients in a cooperative relationship where the decision-making process for any medical or surgical treatment is based on respect and a shared informed conversation. He also understands that the foundation of all health is based on nutrition and lifestyle and strives to empower his patients to maximize their highest ongoing health benefits.
Dr. Kotler has been involved in the governance of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He carried out pro bono work as Operation Sunrise's director of surgical services, providing cleft lip and palate surgical reconstruction for underserved children in China and The Philippines. Through these volunteer efforts, he received the prestigious Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine Award. Dr. Kotler has also served as a board certifying examiner for the American Board of Otolaryngology to ensure the highest educational standard in graduating otolaryngology residents.
Dr. Kotler spent over 30 years of his career in the Chicago metropolitan area. He is a native of San Diego, California, and prior to his medical education attended The University of California, San Diego for his bachelor's degree. After medical school, he completed further training in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery in the UK, US, and Europe.
Dr. Kotler spends his free time practicing martial and combative arts, cycling, hiking, and foreign travel.
Roxanne Mickelson, MD is a board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in general otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. She is an active duty Navy surgeon with 16 years of dedicated service, currently stationed in San Diego, California. Dr. Mickelson is deeply passionate about her commitment to patient care and providing the highest quality medical treatments.
In her free time, Dr. Mickelson enjoys spending quality time with her children. She also finds joy in outdoor activities like hiking and running, and has a deep appreciation for music and singing.
Vanessa Snow, AuD sees patients of every age for hearing and balance evaluations. She is primarily focused on person-centered hearing health care.
Dr. Snow completed her doctoral and bachelor's degrees at Utah State University. She lives in Twin Falls with her wife and two cats.
