At our clinic, we offer a wide scope of services, including primary care for newborns, children, and adults; minor procedures (colposcopy and IUD insertion); management of chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, and skin problems); immunizations; joint injections; and preventive care and wellness counseling. If your condition requires a specialist, we’ll help refer you to the appropriate provider.

Our clinic has after-hours telephone services available if you have a medical question and aren’t sure if you need an appointment or if you should go to an urgent care or emergency department. Christal Boyce, NP earned her nurse practitioner degree from Gonzaga University, and is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of the Nurse Practitioners of Idaho.
Thornton E. Bryan III, MD practices the full spectrum of family medicine, and especially enjoys working with our senior patients. Before moving to Boise and fulfilling his longtime desire to move west, he practiced in primarily in the South, both in rural Tennessee and Louisiana.
Dr. Thronton delights in working with the friendly, health conscious people of Boise. In his free time, he enjoys the scenic outdoors and all the activities Idaho provides.
Kathleen (Kate) Carey, DO provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages and backgrounds with an emphasis on lifestyle and preventive medicine to promote good health. She has a special interest in osteopathic manipulation, sports medicine, women’s health and adolescent medicine. She holds an additional board certification in osteopathic manipulation. Dr. Carey understands that physical, emotional and spiritual components are integral factors to wellness.
Before moving to Boise, Dr. Carey practiced in her home state of Alaska. In her free time she enjoys hiking the foothills and skiing with her family.
Leah Freeman, DO is board certified in family medicine and has special interests in women's health, functional medicine, and global health.
In addition to her medical education, Dr. Freeman has a bachelor's degree from Boise State University and a master's degree in cross-cultural ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Ashley King, MD is a family physician with an interest in adolescent medicine and women’s health, with an emphasis on caring for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. She works half time at the Ada County Victim Services Center where she directly cares for victims of violence and is St. Luke’s medical director for the community Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) team. She also has extensive experience caring for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
Dr. King enjoys helping patients maintain or regain their health so they can enjoy life to the fullest. In her free time, Dr. King enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband and children.
Jamie Knapp, PA-C is a certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Jamie earned her bachelor's degree in health science from Boise State University, and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and the outdoors.
Rosalia Richardson, MD specializes in women’s and children’s health, acute illness care, and wellness exams. She particularly enjoys working with underserved patients, refugees, and foreign patients.
Dr. Richardson works with newborns to geriatric patients. She performs sports physicals, immunizations, and basic gynecologic procedures, including pap smears, colposcopies, cervical biopsies, endometrial biopsies, IUD insertions, and other birth control options. She also performs basic dermatologic procedures, manages menopause and chronic illnesses, and works with end-of-life care.
In her free time, Dr. Richardson enjoys playing guitar and spending time with her family.
