Randy Barnes, MD is an emergency medicine physician with certification in wound and hyperbaric medicine.
Joseph Correa-Volkman PT, DPT specializes in wound care, bringing a knowledge and compassion to his patient care with an emphasis on the management of diabetic foot ulcerations as well as venous leg ulcerations. He has a background working in multiple settings of physical therapy including neuro and orthopedics, and brings this experience to the Boise wound clinic particularly with seating and mobility recommendations for the wheelchair user populations.
In his free time, Joe enjoys outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, and running. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, with additional memberships in the Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy. He graduated from Marquette University with his doctorate in physical therapy and has advanced training and certifications in dry needling, kinesiology taping and neuro-IFRA.
Christina Cyrway, NP works with the St. Luke’s Wound Care Clinic as a both wound care nurse and a nurse practitioner.
Christina earned her degrees in nursing and nurse practitioner from Boise State University. In her free time, she loves to take advantage of Idaho’s outdoors adventures with her husband, enjoying downhill skiing, camping, fishing, and motorcycle riding. She also enjoys the company of her two rescue cats.
Bernhardt Di Cino, PT, DPT specializes in wound care with an emphasis on the management and prevention of various chronic wounds. He is enthusiastic about providing evidence-based, quality, patient-centered care.
Bernhardt earned his bachelor’s degree in health sciences and public health from Carroll College. He then went on to earn his doctor of physical therapy degree from Idaho State University.
In his spare time, Bernhardt enjoys staying active in the Boise area. He most commonly enjoys hiking, running, playing soccer, camping, and skiing.
Eric Elliott, MD, FACEP specializes in healing challenging wounds and treating patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for a variety of conditions. He enjoys working with patients to improve lifestyle factors, especially promoting and teaching whole food, plant-based eating.
Warren Gude, MD is the medical director for St. Luke’s Wound and Hyperbarics, and is board certified in undersea and hyperbaric medicine by UHMS and the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Gude also serves as the medical director of Life Care Center of Treasure Valley, as well as the Vibra Hospital of Boise.
Frederick Klein, MD specializes in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. He served as a board certified emergency medicine physician prior to moving to wound care with St. Luke’s. Dr. Klein’s genuine concern for the well being of his patients is a hallmark of his service, and he takes time to educate his patients as well as treat them.
In his free time, Dr. Klein dabbles with foreign languages, enjoys playing racquetball and volleyball, and appreciates opportunities to travel.
Sonja M. Maul PT, CLT-LANA is a certified lymphedema therapist who specializes in lymphedema prevention in addition to lymphedema and lipoedema treatment and management. She is passionate about treating each patient as an individual with unique needs and equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed for long-term management.
Sonja earned her degree in physical therapy from California State University, Long Beach, and her certification for complete decongestive therapy (CDT) through Kloss Training. She is board certified through Lymphology Association of North America (LANA).
Raymond J. Otto, MD is board certified in emergency medicine and hyperbaric medicine.
Dr. Otto is a clinical instructor for the University of Washington and has held teaching positions at the Medical College of Wisconsin, as well as taught residents from the University of Wisconsin Hospital System. He served as the medical director and president of the medical staff at Southwest Advanced Care Hospital. He continues to also be the medical director of the several wound care programs in extended care facilities in the Treasure Valley.
In his free time, Dr. Otto enjoys training for and participating in triathlons.
Kathryn L. Powell, PA-C is a graduate of Idaho State University Physician Assistant Program.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys skiing, white water rafting, mountain biking, and raising her family in Boise.
Mandy Studebaker, PA-C has experience in general surgery and now specializes in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
Mandy earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Purdue University, and her physician assistant's degree from Duke University.
Klaas H. Vanden Beld, NP is a board certified family nurse practitioner specializing in wound care. Klaas is a certified wound care specialist (CWS), caring for all wound types.
Klaas earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Athabasca University in Canada. He has nursing and wound care experience in both Canada and the United States.
