Our expert team offers diagnosis and treatment of conditions and diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract, such as pneumonia, asthma, emphysema, and complicated chest infections. We also specialize in sleep medicine and operate cough and smoking cessation clinics to support your long-term health. Many of our providers also manage the care of critical patients within the hospital that require mechanical ventilation.

    Biography

    Camille Buchmiller, PA-C began her career working with the underserved population through Terry Reilly Health Services. She has excelled in various specializations including pulmonary, sleep medicine, ENT, rheumatology, women's health, and family practice. What she cherishes most about her role in medicine is the opportunity to connect with a diverse array of individuals, hearing their life stories, and assisting them on their health journeys. 

    Camille is originally from Inkom, Idaho, and earned her bachelor's degree in public health education and her master's degree in physician assistant studies both from Idaho State University. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, skiing, good food and drinks, and spending time with her husband, children, and close girlfriends.

    Matthew DiVietro, DO is board certified in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He completed his internship, residency, and chief residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.

    Michael J. Fall, DO practices sleep, pulmonary, and critical care medicine. Prior to attending medical school, he worked as a paramedic.

    Dr. Fall earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Wake Forest University. After medical school, he completed fellowships in pulmonary and critical care at the Medical University of South Carolina, and sleep medicine at Oregon Health and Sciences University.

    Codi Fitzgerald, MD has clinical interests in pulmonary complications of stem cell transplantation, obstructive lung disease (COPD/asthma), and quality improvement initiatives in the intensive care unit.

    Dr. Fitzgerald is originally from Idaho and prior to her medical education, studied biology at the College of Idaho. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and rock climbing.

    David E. Fonseca, MD earned his bachelor's degree in biology from DePauw University. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, where he served as chief fellow.

    Biography

    Jennifer Hale, DO is a board-certified sleep medicine physician. She enjoys treating both children and adults with sleep apnea and narcolepsy, but also provides care for the full spectrum of sleep disorders. 

    Dr. Hale is from Idaho, and prior to her medical education, earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Idaho State University. She also finished her sleep training qualifications in Boise.

    In her spare time, Dr. Hale can be found in the foothills of the Boise mountains biking or traveling with her husband and three children.

    Biography

    Michelle Helbig, DO is board certified in internal medicine and sleep medicine. She enjoys treating a wide spectrum of sleep disorders, including narcolepsy and complex sleep disordered breathing. 

    Prior to her medical education, Dr. Helbig earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at Washington State University. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

    Biography

    Oleg S. Kouskov, MD, MCR serves as director of pediatric sleep services with St. Luke’s Sleep Medicine Institute and co–director of the pulmonary nodule program. Dr. Kouskov earned his medical degree from the Belarusian State Medical University in Minsk, Belarus, and his master's degree in clinical research from Oregon Health & Science University. He completed general practice training and worked for several years in Zimbabwe and Botswana, seeing both adults and children, and performed his internal medicine residency through Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. He completed training in pulmonary and critical care medicine and fellowships in sleep medicine and lung cancer/research at Oregon Health & Science University.

    Jeffrey H. Lin, MD, MBA is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. 

    Dr. Lin earned his bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Texas at Austin. After medical school, he pursued a sleep medicine fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center and later obtained a master of business administration in health care from Oregon Health Sciences University.

    Kylee Munk, DNP is compassionate about caring for patients and committed to helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. She is experienced in critical care nursing and intensive care.

    Kylee earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Boise State University, her doctorate degree in nursing from Arizona State University, and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and enjoying the mountains and outdoors with her dogs.

    In his free time, Dr. Scholten enjoys exploring the foothills of Boise and the scenic beauty of the Northwest with his family and their dog.

    Michelle Stradley, DNP, FNP-BC, ACNP-BC is certified in both family medicine and acute care. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all pulmonary diseases, and has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea.


    Michelle is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based, compassionate care to adult patients, with an emphasis on improving patient outcomes and overall quality of life through the development of a collaborative patient relationship, patient-specific education, and goal-oriented therapy.
