Calls are answered in the order in which they are received. All attempts are made to quickly answer your call. However, if you experience an extended hold time, you may leave a message for a return call, or continue holding. A scheduling agent will assist you as quickly as possible.

Online cosmetic or OMF estimate requests need to be submitted via the Estimates Charge Sheets (ESC) system.
For other cosmetic procedure requests, special implants, or equipment requests, please utilize your established points of contact within St. Luke's via fax, email, or phone to the departments or individuals you already work with directly.
