About St. Luke's Clinic – Hearing Loss and Cochlear Implants: Boise
We are dedicated to empowering and improving quality of life for individuals with hearing loss and their families. Our compassionate, multidisciplinary team includes surgeons, audiologists, aural habilitation specialists, and psychologists. We follow an evidence-based practice model to thoroughly assess each patient, make a diagnosis and develop a treatment plan. We also provide family-centered resources and intervention to support communication and educational, social, vocational, and emotional development.
For cochlear implantation candidates, we provide support throughout the process; from initial evaluation and determination of candidacy to proper fitting, rehabilitation and follow up to ensure an exceptional outcome.
When appropriate, we partner with pediatric audiologists at Idaho Elks Hearing and Balance Center to provide personalized hearing aids.

If you or your child has severe hearing loss, cochlear implants may be able to offer a sense of sound, as well as improved ability to understand speech and speak clearly. Our team will work with you to evaluate whether or not this surgery is an appropriate option.
