We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders including narcolepsy, complex sleep apnea, parasomnias, restless leg syndrome, and more.

We also ask that you complete the sleep questionnaire and sleep journal prior to your visit, and bring them with you to your appointment. They will help our providers evaluate your results and develop a care plan.

Instructions for Your Sleep Study
Overnight Sleep Studies
Sleep tests measure brain waves, oxygen levels, breathing effort, airflow, heart activity, and muscle movements to help assess sleep.
Multiple Sleep Latency Testing (MSLT)
Done immediately following your overnight sleep study, this test is used to evaluate your degree of daytime sleepiness.
Home Sleep Study (Nomad)
This portable sleep apnea test monitors airflow, respiratory effort, and oxygen saturation to assess for sleep apnea.
