About Jordan J. Aney, MD

Jordan Aney, MD, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician who provides care for children from birth through adolescence.

Dr. Aney believes in partnering with families to optimize the health and development of children. He especially enjoys helping first-time parents learn to care for their newborns, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and navigating the challenges of chronic illnesses. His special interest in asthma and allergies stems from his personal experience with severe childhood asthma.

Originally from Oregon, Dr. Aney graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from Willamette University. Between undergraduate and medical school, he engaged in a research apprenticeship at the National Institutes of Health. He completed medical school and pediatric residency training at Loma Linda University, where he subsequently instructed residents and students as an assistant professor of pediatrics. He values his experiences serving on a multidisciplinary team to care for children at risk for developmental delays and staffing a medical therapy unit for children with complex medical needs.

In his free time, Dr. Aney enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, being active outdoors, and experimenting with plant-based recipes.

  • Aney is Amazing at listening to my concerns and questions regarding my child's care and he always answers in a way I can understand and if I don't, he'll continue to further explain things. He's more of a partner in the care of my child's and always includes me in the options of care. He provides information sheets when I need them, he shows me the chart of where my child is with height, weight, head circumference, and proportionality. He explained how Tylenol dosage is based on weight when I thought it was based on age. He's just awesome overall!

  • A+ service. Knowledgeable. Great bedside manner with my son. Informed me of diagnosis and discussed different treatment options. And the treatment worked! My son showed improvement within 24 hours as the doctor said we should expect with the medication prescribed.
