About Hailey N. Baisch, MD

Hailey Baisch, MD has clinical interests in lactation, newborn health, and preventive medicine. She enjoys caring for her patients and their families in a personalized way as they grow.

Originally from Idaho, Dr. Baisch earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in physiology from Seattle Pacific University. Prior to medical school, she spent a year in South Africa working with an organization that creates family housing and stability for children devastated by the HIV/AIDS crisis.

  • Dr. Baisch is such a good pediatrician. She is an extremely smart person and she allows us to ask questions to make good decisions for our children’s health care. She has also gone the extra mile for us and worked with infectious disease staff/Doctors to get us through an HSV scare with our new born. Her actions sped up the process exponentially, and allowed the ER team and pediatric team to work extremely efficiently. We would recommend her to any parent. Especially new parents.

  • We had such a great experience at our recent check-up with Dr. Baisch . As always, they were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive—not just with my child, but with me as a parent too. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure my little one felt comfortable and safe throughout the visit. It’s so reassuring to have a pediatrician who genuinely cares and makes each appointment feel personal, not rushed. We always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Dr. Baisch for any parent looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate pediatrician!
