  • This experience was unacceptable!! I brought my child in for support with legitimate medical needs and was met with resistance rather than care. The most concerning part was how funding limitations were used as a justification for denying or downplaying medically necessary support. A system shortage should never be framed in a way that makes families feel like their child is less deserving of care. There were also comments made during the visit that were inappropriate and not relevant to the reason we were there, including discussion that felt more personal or opinion-based than medically necessary. That kind of commentary has no place in a setting where families are seeking help and advocacy. This was not a simple difference in medical opinion—this was a lack of professionalism, focus, and patient-centered care. Families deserve providers who advocate for children, not ones who create additional barriers. We will not be returning!!

  • Always prompt and thorough. Trying to get my kid to talk is like pulling teeth, he does a good job getting him to speak and think. Thank you for providing great service and assistance for mental healthcare/special needs.

Vaccine Notice from St. Luke’s Children’s

All St. Luke’s general pediatric providers strongly recommend patients follow the AAP childhood vaccine schedule. Vaccinating your child is one of your best tools to protect their health.

While we do not require vaccines to be a patient in our clinics, your provider will discuss the importance of vaccines at every well check-up. We are happy to answer questions and want you to feel confident in the health care decisions you make for your child.
