Appeared rushed this visit. Not listening well, not addressing relevant issues or clarifying, appeared to have a canned speech, introduced herself like she'd never seen us ""nice to meet you"" when we've been in to see her for years.

I was impressed by the way Kim spoke directly to my daughter and asked her questions. She took time to talk to us and we didn't feel rushed. She included us in the plan of care. To me it is most important that our providers establish good relationships with us and have time to be thorough.
