Sasha S. Chavez, NP

Sasha Chavez, NP is passionate about creating relationships with her patients to manage chronic medical conditions and provide insight on preventive medicine. She also works to increase access to medical care in the Wood River Valley.

Sasha earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Idaho State University, and a master's degree in nursing from Northwest Nazarene University. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
