I feel like he genuinely cares and wants to help and listen to all my questions and concerns. When I have to bring my other kids with me to appointments he's very kind and patient with siblings being there

I feel like I wasn't heard very well when it came to my daughter's issue. I kept getting told the same thing that we been going to her urologist for the passed two years. I wanted them to see if she has a blockage that's what we have been told I wanted more testing done. We keep getting told over and over that do a clean out when that is what we do everytime and she still hurts
