Amy L. Cooper, MD

Amy Cooper, MD has multiple clinical interests, including cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, vulvar cancer and melanoma, vaginal cancer, ovarian cancer, gestational trophoblastic disease, and dysplasia/hyperplasia.

Dr. Cooper brings deep expertise in advanced gynecologic surgery, offering a wide range of procedures tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her specialties include laparoscopic, open, and robotic (da Vinci®) surgeries, hysterectomy and ovarian cancer cytoreduction, as well as surgeries such as pelvic exenteration with bladder and neo-vagina reconstruction.

She also performs highly specialized procedures including radical vulvectomy with flap reconstruction, robotic myomectomy, and repairs of vaginal and rectovaginal fistulas. In addition to her work in oncology, Dr. Cooper also performs benign gynecologic procedures on complicated patients.
