Nichole R. Cortez, RD

Nichole Cortez, RD is a pediatric dietitian supporting both inpatients in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and outpatients in NICU follow-up and dietitian clinics. She has special interest in nourishing newborns through the first year of life.

Nichole earned a bachelor's degree from Bastyr University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She received her master's degree in nutrition from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is a veteran of the US Navy.
