Olivia Cox, RD, LD is an outpatient dietitian, specializing in adult eating disorders and disordered eating. She is passionate about improving patients' relationship with food and building their confidence to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.
Olivia earned her bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Idaho State University and completed her dietetic internship through Utah State University.
