D. Dan Crossley, MD

Dan Crossley, MD is a family medicine physician with specialized training in obstetrics and 25 years of emergency medicine working in rural emergency departments. 

Dr. Crossley practices all aspects of family medicine, including wellness visits, care of chronic diseases, acute medical conditions and office procedures including joint injections. He enjoys teaching students about medicine and complex medical cases. He is also the medical director of Horizon Home Health and Hospice. 

Dr. Crossley grew up in a rural community of Council on a family cattle ranch and has a passion for hometown care. He is a veteran, having spent 15 years in the U.S. Army as a physician.
