Long story short, after years of seeing Brittany and constant belittling comments I was finally diagnosed with a degenerative spinal condition that she had zero interest in actually looking into. Keep telling me I had mild scoliosis, mind you I am 22 and that isn’t something that would cause this much pain. I am now in maintenance physical therapy which has gone on for 3 years now due to my condition and lack of care earlier on. Never felt so much anger and frustration towards a doctor that clearly doesn’t care for her patients. She is very rude and the way she speaks to her patients is not ok. For reference to the photo down below, right after I received this very belittling message which was in response to a note my work was requiring in order for me to work, my OT (who can also see this message) called me to essentially confirm that she had nothing to do with this message and even went on to explain that she was here for me and didn’t want me to think that she was disregarding my pain just as Brittany had been in that message.
