Dr Donovan is extremely good about discussing treatment plans and options while explaining what the next steps will be.

Dr. Donovan discovered a very serious diagnosis based on my symptoms. She was calm in her approach and appropriately concerned and very focused while making sure I understood a lot of information. Most importantly, she took responsibility for making sure all next steps/appointments/labs were scheduled or I knew clearly what to expect and timing Id additional coordination on my end. She coordinated everything for me.
