  • Shelby was thorough & caring

  • She seemed pretty disinterested. Her go to was to prescribe drugs and didn't really seem inclined to want to discuss the matter. I had to prompt on a couple of times to get her to consider other possibilities. For example, I had a really painful fragment on my foot and I asked her a couple of times about it. It was part of the reason I scheduled the appointment. She basically said, ""I don't know what that is"" and didn't really exhibit any intellectual curiosity to figure it out. It was really a waste of time and money.
