Sam earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Boise State University, and her master's degree in family nurse practitioner studies through Samford University. She grew up in the Magic Valley area and is excited to serve as an advanced practice provider.

I told the doctor where I wanted to go for physical therapy and she gave me another place which was to far from my house.

The thing was, I kind of was a bit confused as to the exact purpose of this viisit, but when the provider explained it to me, that's pretty much all I needed to know.

Samantha had reviewed my chart & was aware of what I needed to find out about continuing previously prescribed medication. She was genuinely concerned & I'll look forward to seeing her in the future. She was professional & followed usual precautionary methods.
