It would REALLY be nice when you send the ‘reminders’ that you gave some clue as to WHO I’m being reminded to see!! And no matter how many times I do the questions and answers BEFORE I get to the appointment, I’m still handed a clipboard with several pages to fill out. Something is not working and should be looked into. Thank you for listening to my concerns! My experience with everyone that performed a duty/task leading up to and seeing Dr Gourley were very happy and courteous group!! Have a great summer and see you next year!
