Jessica I. Gratzer, NP

Jessica Gratzer, NP is a nurse practitioner with St. Luke's Post Acute Medical Group, and has experience in the intensive care unit, emergency department, and in surgical settings. She has a passion for end-of-life care, including completing advanced directives. She works to keep her patients out of the hospital and to coordinate care for transitioning home.

Jessica earned her bachelor's degree as a nurse practitioner from Boise State University. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, reading, rock hounding, and getting to the mountains. Jessica also volunteers at Jerome and Twin Falls soup kitchens as well as handing out books to underprivileged youth.
