Jennifer Gruenenfelder, MD works to form long-term relationships with her patients to improve their quality of life. Prior to moving to Idaho, she spent 19 years with a large urology group practice in California where she was actively involved in research trials on new treatments for overactive bladder. She has extensive experience with the Axonics® treatment system for urinary and bowel incontinence and her practice has been recognized as an Axonics Center of Excellence for the quality of her patient outcomes.

  • She was a ruby, spoke down to me, was unclearand then I found out she was leaving the practice so I wouldn't be scheduling surgery with her anywaywhich was the whole purpose of my visit

  • I had expected to come away from this testing with a better understanding of the problem my bladder and prostate were having, to help me understand the ""why"" of my particular symptoms. Instead I came away feeling like Dr. Gruenenfelder was just going through the motions, looking at the data on the monitor and seeing the same readings and coming to the same conclusion for the 10,000th time. The outcome was just an unsatisfied feeling, like this encounter was all a waste of time.

  • Dr. Jennifer Gruenenfelder explained everything about my procedure, the steps she would take during the robotic surgery, the risks and benefits, and answered all of my questions. Her bedside manner was very warm and friendly and treated me as a person instead of as a patient. Wonderful pre-op visit that put my mind at ease going into surgery.
