A lot of information was given, maybe more in the short time than my brain could absorb, to formalize appropriate questions.

This is not my first interaction with Regina Hanson. I always have the same sense: she seems to be reading a script from the computer screen and is exactly the same information given before. I already know what she is going to tell and consider it a waste of time. She hardly looks or connects with the patient. When asks questions she refers back to the screen script.
