Brad L. Helquist, LCSW

Brad Helquist, LCSW is experienced in medical case management, behavioral health and trauma-informed care. He is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and specializes in supporting individuals coping with trauma, chronic illness, and mental health challenges.

Brad has worked in hospital, correctional and community-based settings, with a strong focus on serving underserved populations including veterans, refugees, active military members and the LGBTQ+ community. He has led multidisciplinary teams, supervised clinicians working toward licensure, and developed training programs to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.

Fluent in Spanish, Brad has provided bilingual services in both educational and healthcare environments, helping bridge communication gaps and improve patient engagement. He is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals and families through every stage of healing.

Brad earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Brigham Young University and his master's degree in social work from Utah State University. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors and spending time with his family.
