Lauren Henken was friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything as she examined me, and took the time to go over my spinal scan so I understood what the results were.

My appointment went well, but follow-up after my X-rays has been non-existent 10 days later. The PA said she would call me in four days, but I have not heard from her or the office even though I left a message at the office that I needed a call back.
