This was my first time meeting her. I don't want to be mean, but maybe because I am old, she was a loud talker. I almost had to put in my earplugs. I have very sensitive hearing, and it was hard for me to sit there listening to her. Otherwise, I really liked her. She was patient and explained a few things to me. She signed me up for two classes, which I am going to take advantage of.
