Callysta N. Johnston, PA-C

Callysta Johnston, PA-C, provides team-based care for patients, helping to expand availability for same-day or acute visits, as well as routine follow-up care. She is passionate about meeting people where they are and helping them become the healthiest versions of themselves. She strives to empower patients through education and utilizes joint decision-making for a united, evidence-based approach to their health care.

Callysta is proud to have previously worked at the Boise VA Medical Center, specializing in pulmonary and sleep medicine, where she was fortunate to give back to our veterans who have selflessly served our country. During this time, she participated in lung biopsies and bronchoscopies, as well as cases related to COPD, asthma, interstitial lung disease, and cancer.

Callysta received her bachelor's degree from Boise State University and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University. She was born and raised in Idaho, and loves spending time with her family, baking, playing guitar, cycling, and exploring nature.
