Benjamin T. Kerns, PA-C

Benjamin Kerns, PA-C is part of the adult reconstruction team and cares for patients both in and out of the hospital as well as assists in surgeries. He has been on the forefront of wound management, pain management, and advancing patients' post-operative care. He works with Ronald Kristensen, MD, specializing in total hip and knee replacement surgery. He enjoys caring for patients and returning them to their favorite activities.

Ben was born and raised in Boise, and earned his bachelors degree in athletic training and sports medicine from Eastern Washington University. He earned his master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University.

Ben is an avid sports fan and loves coaching his children as well as cheering on the Boise State Broncos. He also loves the outdoor opportunities that Idaho affords him.
