Jennifer A. Kopec, LCSW

Jennifer Kopec, LCSW provides assessment and therapy for adults struggling with PTSD/c-PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, and life stressors. She has experience in private practice, acute-psychiatric skilled nursing facilities and providing crisis intervention.

Jennifer focuses on an eclectic approach to treatment, utilizing strength-based and person-centered approach, cognitive/behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and specializes in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Jennifer earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Boise State University. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). In her free time, Jennifer enjoys outdoor activities and exploring nature.
