Holly Lasure, LCSW

Holly Lasure, LCSW is licensed in both Idaho and Nevada, with specialized certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). She has extensive experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, with a particular focus on perinatal mental health.

Holly educates her clients on the causes of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, helping them understand the emotional and biological changes that accompany the transition to parenthood. She is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.

Her primary therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which she uses to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Her compassionate, client-centered practice is focused on empowering individuals to achieve their mental health goals and enhance their overall well-being. She also brings a background in outreach social work and hospital-based care to her practice.

Holly earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Idaho State University and her master’s degree in social work from Walla Walla University. She is a member of the National Association of Perinatal Social Workers and Postpartum Support International.
