Rachel is always well-prepared. I appreciate that she remembers details from prior visits. It is a pleasure having her as a provider. She is great!

This was an incredibly painful and traumatic experience. NO pain medication was offered or administered, and the practitioner actively pushed on the seroma both to drain it and to move the new fluid around. I was told an antibiotic would be called into my pharmacy in case an infection developed. That was never done. There were no out patient instructions - I had to wait until the surgeon's office called almost a week later to know how to take the proposed anti-inflammatory, get information about the causes, or any information on how long to not lift things
