Amy Plagge, MD specializes in the care of hospitalized adults. She is a hospitalist at St. Luke's Nampa. She has professional interests in critical care medicine, teaching, and medical outreach to under-served areas of the world. She has served in roles with respiratory services and precepting PA students in internal medicine rotations.
Dr. Plagge came to St. Luke's from New Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and streaming television.
Hospitalists are doctors who specialize in caring for adults during a hospital stay. At St. Luke’s, our hospitalists are board-certified and specially trained to manage complex medical conditions and make accurate diagnoses.
Our hospitalist team also includes skilled nurse practitioners and physician assistants who help with care delivery, teaching, and care coordination.
