Melissa A. Polk, NP

Melissa Polk, MS, NP-C has a wide variety of experience including intensive care nursing, inpatient glycemic management, medical spa director, and neurosurgery.

Melissa has worked in health care since she was 17 years old, working her way up from a CNA to her current day position as a nurse practitioner. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Northwest Nazarene University and her master's degree from Idaho State University. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors as well spending time with her family and friends.
