Erin Roelofs, RD is a board certified specialist in pediatric nutrition. Prior to joining St. Luke's, she worked in pediatric acute and critical care for 14 years.
Erin earned her bachelor's degree in applied nutrition from California Ploytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and completed the supervised dietetics internship at UC Davis. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
