Julie L. Schmidt, LCSW

Julie Schmidt, LCSW has worked in medical and educational settings and has provided individual and group psychotherapy in mental health settings. The treatment modalities she employs include EMDR, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, DBT, CBT for somatic disorders, and executive function disorder education/treatment. She enjoys working with kids of all ages and their parents.

As a mental health therapist within a pediatric rehabilitation, Julie works collaboratively with the rehab team to support mental health and parenting needs for rehab patients and families. She also accepts referrals for patients who have only mental health needs.

Julie earned her master's degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University.
